Doing this for 10 days!!!
Current weight: 54kg (119 pounds)

Let's see how long I can go!
Day 1 - ✔ I haven't exercised since forever and nothing has made me sweat this much since the start of 2022.

Day 2 - ✔ Pain in my tighs and legs are still there from yesterday's workout but I worked out agai today. There's some stressful things going on in my life I just want to forget it all and drench in exercise.

this is my new favourite workout, it's doable yet still gives you the burn. Imma try to do this everyday for the entire month of February and see if i notice any changes

update: not done regularly but for about 8-10 days, lost 1.5 cm in upper and lower thighs
