Hey Alex, this is my first comment ever on YouTube and I wanted to thank you for everything you ve been doing for us naturals. This is by far my go to channel for lifting advice channel and I recommend it to everyone that gets into lifting. After years of bs programs I found on YouTube, I started following your advices 1 year ago. Got on concurrent periodization for full body training and the strenght, mass gains have been phenomenal. I m finally hitting my goals. This month I just hit 415x5 on deadlift, 225x5 on bench and 315x4 on squats. I m 19 yo, 6 feet and around 178lb for maybe 10% bf. Next goals are 495x5 deadlift, 275x5 bench and 405x5 on squat. Hopefully before I reach 21. Keep doing what you re doing bro, take care of yourself 💪🏼

Weighted decline deficit push-ups are the truth 💪 my best on them is 45lb for 2x15 (did them after ME press and backdown sets) my best 45° incline bench is 225x3. Gonna add these back in and push for 75x10 this time around. Great video brother

Been doing the Incline weighted pushups since you discussed them with bald omni man. Before my shoulders couldnt handle regular Incline pressing due to instability. Today i did 185 for easy sets of 10, Incline pushups are the real deal. The quality content is highly appreciated!

This type of videos will sure help many people who are low on the equipment side of things. I personally have access to a fully equipped gym, but I still rotate the calisthenics alternatives to traditional free weights/machines as I see plenty of benefits in learning how to move/control our body in space. The power of close kinetic chain exercises is not to be underestimated.

I use #1 and #2 in my training. Although I prefer doing #1 with a deficit to emphasize the loading of the max stretch in the pecs and a pause at the bottom. As for grip witdth, I don't go as narrow as you simply because my arms are pretty damn long. These are small, little differences though. The important thing is that we seek to get stronger over time.
