This is so accurate on so many levels. You’re so REAL for this. I needed to hear this after a whole decade and more were lost to bad habits. Im paying for it right now and I feel helpless but I’m motivated. I just lack the willpower to be consistent. Hopefully with this advice I’ll focus on the smaller things first & be accountable for myself.

This makes so much sense. I quit smoking 10 minutes at a time, and it worked. I didn't think I could handle the thought of quitting smoking forever, but I could go for 10 minutes without a smoke.

I have such a sweet tooth that I have swapped sugar for Stevia and will slice an apple thinly and put cinnamon and Stevia on them as a snack. It does help me. Are used to have chocolate at night. Or ice cream. But I’m 57 and 170 pounds and really have to concern myself with health and the weight will come off as I am also following coach Vivas😊 advice.
