I did it twice. My left shoulder is very weak compared to the right. I'm pretty tired now. I definitely need to lie on it to train my left shoulder and - arm. Great video! Congrat!

Hey Tony, these one dumbbell workouts are really helpful. It would be better if you add some points about posture for each workout so that newbie people can make sure we aren't doing it wrongly!
