My experience on Saxenda, I’m on 2.4 dosage now, I am never hungry, I am always full and having to force myself to eat ! Not really any side effects, I was getting bad nausea for 2 days after every dose increase but now no nausea. This drug has just switched off my appetite and when I eat after a third of a serving I am done ! In the last 2 weeks I have dropped 3.0kgs. I am also taking Metformin twice a day as per my doctor. I have been overweight since exiting the womb and battled my weight ! I have spent thousands over the years on diets. Saxenda is not funded by the New Zealand government so it’s costing me $505 per month. Worth it as I was probably spending that on shakes !
Ozempic is not available in New Zealand due to demand as I was keen on this being Ozempic is once a week injection vrs every day with Saxenda, this is a real let down but the results I’m getting are mind blowing so worth it for me.

It’s been 5 days I’m on 0.6 dosage at the moment. Have started to feel really tired throughout the day and also get small cramps in my stomach which don’t last long. Also feel hot spells and that feeling when you don’t sleep enough and dry eyes and this overall yuk feeling. I’ll see how I go but at this stage I’m concerned about how the side effects will increase as the dosage increases . If it does I won’t order again I’ll just finish what I have.

Can i take metformin and Saxenda at the same time? What is the best time to administer Saxenda? Thank you!

what about bladder pain, will it go away, should i consider stopping. I started to get the pain (full pressure) about 10 hrs after 1st dose and has not gone away now 10 days. no other side effects

If i get dizzy with saxenda is that something to be worried about??
