Do you know your iron levels? Iron is essential for the body to transport oxygen to our cells. When you have too little, or are on the lower end of the ‘normal’ range, you can experience symptoms like

I often see my female patients that still have a menstrual cycle being on the lower end of the range, in particular those avoiding meat.
