Omg I had no idea the restless leg problem had to do with iron. Restless leg is awful at night while you’re trying to sleep. I just had an iron infusion the other day, made me really sick and I’m still recovering :( try to eat iron rich foods before you have to get an infusion!!! It made me so sick

I’d looking less into consuming more iron, but consuming more copper. Most people will only need around 1-2mg of iron per day (the body recycles 95% of your iron) but what you do need to get iron and oxygen to the cells in copper. Iron is fortified in virtually all our food no one eats too little iron but copper has dropped significantly and iron can’t work without it giving you the impression of an iron deficiency
