Very cool you included the bridge because I’ve been doing that one as part of your 5 exercises to do in the morning and it definitely gets my hips nice and warm. Lotion is motion and when I can do it fairly non-weight bearing it makes it so much nicer. Great job Kristie! Another excellent video!!!

Kristie some of those exercises are what the therapist had me do for a herniated disc. And in about 2 months I re-absorbed, frankly pain free after getting my joints moving. I'm planning to do these movements, and if they help, I'll talk to my doc about more physical therapy. They wanted to put me on stretching exercises, but cut-off before we ever got around to it. Thank you for doing a video on this sweetie!👣🥋💘
