Thank you so much for these exercises. I have osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and spondylitis of the neck, low back, right knee and left foot. After starting with 3, then 5 repetitions, my mornings are no longer painful. Now, I have more range of movement and more energy too. I hope this will be encouraging for other people too :-)

Doc, I needed to comment bcZ I need to show my gratitude. I was crying with these pains for 3 months. I never wanted to try exercises bcz it hurts. Bcz I have a severe knee pain and hip pain bcz of obesity & injection in spine during pregnancy. Very good demonstration, dr. I have been suggested by the physiotherapist few of these.But this set seems more complete & sustainable .

This is to thank you for showing the 6 lubrication exercises one should b doing before getting out of bed in the morning to warmup your joints.
I am doing them every morning in bed.They have helped a lot just in 10 days.Now I’m comfortable and confident getting out of bed in the morning.

Thank you very much Dr! I do have severe pains in my knees but my X-ray showed more arthritis in my hips than my knees. I had few Injections periodly, eases a bit but still struggling. I just watch your video & sure will try your exercises CZ I really preferred not to have hip or knee replacement unless necessary. As I searched for exercises for OA in knees and hip I discovered you. I’m impressed with your thoroughness and soft spoken tone. I will incorporate these exercises in my daily routine and report back to you in a month. I’m not in need of knee or hip replacement however I do need to strengthen the muscles around my knee and hips. Thank you 🙏🏽
