Thanks, that is very helpful for relieving my hip hip pain came from injuring my lower back. After this session my hip stopped hurt for the whole afternoon until I finished my farm chores. So I just did your session again today as my hip was sore when I woke up..now after the session the pain is gone again, so I know that it is helping to strengthen those areas. Thank you!

After searching utube for chair yoga hip exercises… your video came up…thank you so much for the session!!! I will be incorporating this into my daily routine…start off in the morning and then as time goes on, I would like to also do it in the evening. Awesome! i try to do yoga stretches at home before work because i have hip pain when i get up from my chair at work. Just did this in my chair and i’m hoping it will help!!
