I have started chair yoga in the last 3weeks. I was always anti exercise. I find it extremely helpful as I have back and leg problems. I want to stay mobile for a long as possible..

Another lovely practice.
Can you show how to line up your body if you cannot put your legs out to the side .I think it is seated warrior., with the side bend. I hope this makes sense. I have been telling anyone who will listen about the benefits of chair yoga.

Enjoyed this one Only ones i found difficult was crossing right leg over left and holding up right leg and stretching it out due to my hip replacement.
