I did standing overhead press behind the neck yesterday, one of the best exercises for shoulder development IMO, bloody hard going too! Good workouts mate, defo know what you are doing!

nice home gym set up - but i think your Y cable raises are a little sus ROM and path wise or are they cable lateral raises?

Nice, can I ask, what is your weight training routine? Do you train upper body one day and lower on another or do you mix it all up and train what you like, when you like? Also, do you do much cardio other than grappling, meaning like running/cycling ect? Just curious as your videos are motivating but curious to know more about your whole routine. Cheers
