I always do two dumbbell lateral raise drop sets each week and my shoulders have grown really well

Great advice. I’m turning into even more of a Jay Cutler fan lol. The stuff he’s putting out now is truly awesome and inspiring. Am addicted to seeing his progression and excitement with him turning 50 and trying to be in the best shape. Great advice as always Jay 💪

My left shoulder is a wreck in the scapula but front and side raises are one of the only exercises I can do heavy.
*That means it's a path to healing.*

I love doing lateral raises with really straight arms and starting infront of the body rather than at the side. Really feeling that burn

Notice that seated side lateral machine has the firearms at a 90° angle to the upper arm, rather than a straight arm like is usually done with dumbbells. Arthur Jone's Nautilus machines USED this 90° angle ALSO. I think this protects the shouler joint most!...& Effective.😳👀

I like the Nautilus Lateral Machine. Imo, the best modalities are the ones that you can SAFELY go to failure on, either by yourself or assisted. Machines have the best capability for that.

I like to have a dedicated shoulder day, along with hit laterals every 3 days or so. Never can have too wide of a frame.
