3 months ago I diagnosed to have cyst in ovary my doctor recommended to take pills ... But I always eat ginger I put in my food alot and every day I eat and this month when I check up again for ultrasound my cyst is gone 😊 thanks GOD and ginger

Eat raw chopped ginger & garlic everyday.
I eat these for glowing skin.
I eat them on toasted wholemeal bread with a coffee for breakfast.

I have been experiencing the benifits of ginger for more than 3 years.
I was diagnosed with liver desease in 2019 then i chose three compulsory drinks . black coffee, ginger water and lemon with warm water. But in the mean time i use to drink, mango leaves tea, cc tea, black pepper tea, cumin tea, they are not often as i drink ginger tea /water.
Ginger tea or ginger water is one of the healthiest and powerful drinks you have to discover. Now all the symptoms are gone and my liver function test result is very very good.
Let me put some benifits that i get from ginger tea :
1, it helps digestion
2, it cures gastric problems and pain in the tummy,
3, it reduces weight, it burns fat around stomach,
4, it gives good mood,
5, it gives instant energy,
6, it helps detox liver.

9, it improves respiratory system

How I make ginger tea :
I wash ginger thoroughly and I chop it into small pieces then I boil with a cup of water for 8 to 10 minutes on low or medium flame.

Ginger tea and turmeric plus lemon and honey is my go to help for my coughing and gout. I sometimes make my ginger mix stronger when I'm having a non stop dry cough. It really helps. I barely use cough medicine. I heard some medicine can have a negative effect on the kidney when use for a prolonged time.

Definitely it helps with inflammation on me. Bones and joints feel better, even sore feet when working hard. Stomach also feels very steady as well. I use a slice or 2 of lemon and lime (rhine and all) along with cucumber. Into the vitamix it goes with a little bit of mixed berries and more mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, healthy sprinkle of cinnamon, 1tbsp of apple cider vinegar, ground chia and flax seeds and even a pepper or 2 along with 2 tbs of Greek yogurt and a small avacado. Its a meal replacement at just under 400 calories.

I added ginger shakes to my diet, I boil chopped ginger roots, spoon off tumeric, and ginger powder + honey or brown sugar, sivved through and add milk at the end and refrigerated and it's devine.. feeling so much better drinking it every mornin 🫚
