One thing I would say about gum is that is also has carbs so if you use 1 pack a day you’re most likely going over your carbs. This is something i learned recently. It also has sugar alcohol which a lot of times makes people bloated too.

I find drinking a lot of water makes me hungrier. I may feel better in the short run but after about 20 minutes I feel worse. It’s almost like the water completely washes out anything in my stomach. LOL

I didn't like sparkling water before I did the keto shred, now I have it with all my dinners! I love how full it makes you feel and its refreshing! I think no sugar for weeks on end helped me acquire the taste. Thanks for the info!

Coffee and chewing gum tend to over stimulate my digestive system. I find that I am more hungry when I consume more than two cups of coffee back to back (without food) or when I chew gum. I've learned these techniques do not work for me. I find eating more vegetables and meat helps me feel full, especially after working on my macros. I discovered that I wasn't eating enough protein. I feel more full now.

I would like to ask something I am confused about, is it true that when you work your obliques with weights your torso could look wider instead of getting a smaller waist or torso? Can you talk about too much caffeine in a video? I have coffee in the morning and then I will hit a pre workout for my workout session in the late afternoon. If I'm dragging, I'll have coffee during the day. My pre workout has a 150 to 200 mg of caffeine. I have maybe 3 to 4 cups of coffee A-day. Is that overdoing it, what are the health ramifications? now i am freaked out!
