Thank you! Going barefoot has been a whole journey.. I started in October....got my Primus Lite Vivo Barefoots and instantly fell in love with the way they feel on foot....but when I tried going for a run wearing them I got some kind of ankle injury...I was trying to do the fore foot strike and my feet seized right up...then I saw your video about silicone toe spreaders...ordered a pair and realized that I might have bunions on my big toe and pinky toes. When I put the toe spacers on I have improved balance. Standing on one leg and squatting is WAY easier to do wearing these things....so now restoring toe alignment is my focus before I try jogging but I think I need a size up on the barefoot shoes its not comfortable to wear the toe spreaders inside them

but walking is necessary and workibg on toe alignment is the hardest task bc they just go back when u walk. painful

you just revealed the secret why my bunion starts to hurt like hell when i walk even i used to walk for 3 hours a day 1.5 straight twice a day, it’s because my feet was so strong now i am really weak i barely move from my place thank you

Unless you get bunions corrected surgically you will not benefit from stopping walking. You can wear shoe arch inserts and various a toe separators. Walking for health very important.

Weak feet? Are you for real? Flat feet have proven to have its pro's as well, excellent for combat sports, your medial arch is more muscular meaning that its also prone to strengtening

The bunion is a bone deformity. I don't think workout are going to fix a bone growth. Only way to fix it is surgery

Misinformation. Bunions are bone structures that are largely genetic.
