I am 13 I toe walk sometimes and walk flat sometimes (I am autistic btw) I mainly toe walk and stim mainly when I'm stressed

My Mom is 87, she walks on her toes when barefoot or just wearing socks her whole life. My nephew did the samething.

Certain massages & stretches can reverse it.

Flat footed is not any better and can cause foot, knee and hip problems.

Idk, if it doesnt involve pain why not let them walk like that? The foot does look capable of doing such. Like a horse that only walks and runs on the toes and many other animals.

I actually had a friend who would walk on her toes like this and she also got casts but unfortunately it didn’t work for long so I think they are going around to different doctors trying new things
