Will, you are a miracle worker! The nerve flossing was amazing :) I thought my life was over. I did it once just before bed and in the morning there was probably 90% reduction in pain. It's indescribable what severe chronic pain does to a person's mental health.

I’m sixty and was diagnosed with sciatica in 2018 and referred to a physical therapist. Because of the expense I didn’t go. Fast forward to 2022 and excruciating pain I finally had to go. It was very expensive but the recommended techniques really help. I must do them everyday. Mr. Will since your page popped up it has been such a Blessing in my life. The slide glide and the nerve flossing are phenomenal. They didn’t teach these Thank you for helping us. 😊

I am in my late twenties and had PIVD when I was 25. I was too scared and too much in pain. Had treatment for 6 months, then shifted to exercise as suggested by the doctor. Hi Will, I absolutely love your videos. Im writing from Melbourne Australia. I wish I could come & see you. Your advice & explanations are absolutely helping me.

I wish I found you earlier. In 2022 I experienced a year of back pain & sciatica. My MRI stated L4/5 disc bulge impinging on L5 nerve. I think it was due to prolonged sitting at my desk while working from home for hours.

I tried Chiro, osteo, physio, acupunture, swimming, walking, inversion table, myotherapy, tens machine, you name it! I lived on my mat, always laying down at home trying to get some relief. I couldn't work or look after my family with 3 kids.

I then had 2 steroid injections whic provided no pain relief. I then proceeded to a L4/5 Microdiscectomy & laminectomy on 29/11/2022. The surgery provided immediate relief of my sciatica. I was good for 6 months.

During that time, I did clinical pilates and swimming weekly, walking x 2 daily & daily physio exercises.

Would you believe I developed back pain & sciatica again? My disc has protruded again.

After listening to your videos, I put it down to incorrect posture while standing at my stand up desk all day, washing dishes, driving etc, aggressive exercises and my anterior pelvic tilt and bending while I was gardening one day.

I love your videos, and I'm trying all your advice. Keep them coming please 🙏

I had a sciatica flare up this morning down my right leg that was off the pain chart I followed these 3 exercises and voila - pain nearly gone and I could walk again Thank you and bless you
