I'm a 38 year old YouTuber from the UK. I've got a cracking beard and I'm currently going through the autism diagnosis process. I started this channel back in 2017 and by the time I left my full-time job as a Computer Science teacher in July of that year, my partner Anna was trapped in our house by our son Andy, who is autistic and had refused to go to school for 18 months. Our daughters Lucy and Amy and our dog Dave hardly saw me because I was always working to try and solve all our problems! Today I'm a full-time content creator and always at home when the kids get home from school (all our kids!) and Anna has been able to return to university. This channel is the story of my ongoing journey! Previously known as lollujo Vlogs and The Chapman Family.

I really have been enjoying this series!! I am down 10 pounds currently!! I am glad that I’m finally losing the weight I need to so my husband and I can try for a baby towards the end of the year!!

Well done! I started when you did and I have lost 12lbs. I am trying to loose 50lbs in 17 weeks! My BMI is no longer obese and I am now overweight. So much happier and I know I am going to get there ☺️

Woohoo Kev! Great work so far! I lost 5lbs in my first week, hoping to see more progress in my weekly weigh in on Thursday. I am aiming to loose 65lbs total. To you and to all who are working towards their goals, you can do this!

Great video. I’ve been doing exactly this since September and I’ve lost just under 3 stone so far. Got about 4 stone still to go but no sign of stopping yet! I was never a huge breakfast person to begin with so I’ve found this the most sustainable way to do it so far! Keep it up 👍🏻

Thought I'd join in with this starting last week & do a 'fit by 30' (I'm 28 next week). And ive managed to lose 8lb already. I put weight on last year when the gyms closed and couldn't be bothered to diet. Thanks for the inspiration. Keep it up!

The big challenge will come when your body starts to adjust to the fasting and becomes more efficient in its energy use, and then you start to see a slow down in the weight loss -- at least that's what it was for me. When that happens, I recommend cutting your meals down to 900 kcals each. It's all about staying in that calorie deficit. Good luck.

Congratulations on the losses! I have lost 1stone since the 2nd of January. I also dont have breakfast but I never have had. I only have two meals a day between 11am and 5:30pm then fast from then till the following day. Looking forward to following along on your journey. Could you maybe show us an example of the kind of meals you are having maybe over the course of a week?

I've recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I was told I need to loose around 4 stone (56 pounds) I'm also autistic and rely on my safe foods as well as being too scared to try new foods... I've already cut out the sugar, I just need to loose the weight so this vid could really help. Thanks!

I'm 3cm down on my initial waist measurement three weeks in, need to lose 2.5cm a month to meet my goal.
