My prime narcissistic abuser left when l was just turned 16. I've attracted a few more over my life. I've always _walked on egg shells._

So I'm learning to feel feelings. I can't say much has improved me. I'm now 64, I only found out 6 months ago. My life was pretty much stolen.

I'm now not so much triggered but it's been replaced with a vacant feeling of _now what?_ I'm not as dysregulated as much as I'm void-regulated.

Basically l feel nothing. I don't know what to do or say anymore. l feel like an imposter in my own life. I'm marooned on the desert atoll in a body that doesn't feel like anything
