That's why I do 2-3 exercises per muscle group but only do two muscle groups a day and I don't set a repetition limit I do the exercise until I physically cannot do it anymore then I take a 30-second to a -minute break do it again until I cannot physically do it anymore I also concentrate on slowing down with positives and negatives, I do a 3-second count for positive three-second count for negative. Keep those muscles working. If you're at a gym that has a pool scratch the weights one day and do nothing but laps even if it's only one keep increasing

Well said! I wish I had the time to work out more, but I can realistically spend 30 min to 45 min 5 times a week plus a little time in the morning for some PT exercises needed to keep my 60 yr young body moving. I aim for 3 days of walk/run cardio and 2-3 days of strength training. I like the cardio but need the strength training for muscles/bones
