The smirk on the defendants face after Judge Judy called her a scammer is a dead giveaway of who she is as a person.

Had an agent withhold money meant for me. Said he never received the check. I traced it and had the issuer send me a copy of the endorsement to the agent's ac out. Went to his boss, presented the evidence, got money from his company, got him fired. Liars and cheats are everywhere in society.

Unbelievable defendant. The insurance company wrote a check for what it determined the damages would cost. That money goes to the plaintiffs. Period. 100%. Undeniable. If they repair it under that cost, it's still theirs. For her to say with a straight face that the overage should go to her for her trouble in PAYING HER OWN DEBTS is unbelievable. Thank you, JJ, for calling it like it is!

JJ is very clever. She gives them the $1000 back. Now if they take back the escrow money for the son's damages, it actually costs the seller because this is directly out of her pocket. Including the judgement against her. Smart.
