A growing body of research suggests that yoga can be helpful for people living with diabetes or are at risk of developing diabetes.

These yoga routines are so easy that three sections can be done from bed. Both standing and reclining poses are shown. All sections include a modified seated version in a chair along with the standing or reclining pose.
