Let me get this straight, they plant drugs on his property to frame him and then attack him and arrest him when he didn’t even touch the planted drugs or do a crime. This is pure evil

How do you charge someone for a crime YOU KNOW HE DIDN'T COMMIT? That's so broken.

You can literally hear them trying to figure out what they can write in their report to make the search “constitutional” it’s sick

Time served? There’s no justice. Sue for 100 million.

He told him he’s going down and he wasn’t lying!! Nice to see a cop finally get what he deserved 🙌

"The good news is you're alive and kicking."
What a deplorable response to a citizen that they are sworn to protect and instead assault.

It’s insane to see them realize the package is still on the porch and immediately begin trying to justify the actions they took rather than let the man go.

This is where the stop should have ended. They should have uncuffed the man, quit searching his vehicle (they popped the trunk immediately after snatching him out) gave them their cards and APOLOGIZE to the man. There is absolutely NO REASON to continue this stop when they know the package is still on the porch. NO REASON.

Every cops refusing to intervene should be held accountable also.

Let's stop to appreciate the fact that roughly 12-15 officers spent at least an entire day, and thousands of taxpayer dollars on a box of weed. Drones, snipers, and surveillance included. And they got to punch and innocent man and cost taxpayers even more when the lawsuits hit. I don't know what department this is, but they need to be dis-banded.

They thought he was guilty, then they realised that he wasn’t. Instead of releasing him, they tried to pin anything on him to justify their poor judgment. Well done officers 👏

"the good news is that you're alive" what a terrifying thing for someone who just assaulted a citizen to say

“Yeah, yeah, get the dog. I want a probable cause”. This statement from the cop is proof there was no law broken, and proof that every effort was being made to creat a case against this man.

I’ve seen this one. That cop deserves more than jail. They basically kidnapped this guy for doing nothing at all and attacked him, then after found out he did nothing, they still tried to go thru his car and make things up. All over a package that no one even took. Vile.

planting drugs, beating an innocent man, not calling ems, unlawfully searching his vehicle, and unlawfully detaining him. wow...

Let's take a moment to realize that the whole thing began by this cop trying to entrap an innocent citizen.

These lawsuits need to come out of police pensions. 50 cops there and not a single one protected this man's constitutional rights. Maybe when it starts hitting their pocketbook, they'll take 5 minutes to read the BASICS of their job and stop one of their peers when they are violating somebody's rights.

When everyone there knows they screwed up and terrorized a guy.. .with no merit... and went on a wild goose chase... and still slapped the man with charges. Ridiculous. Everyone needs to be held accountable.

Time served when he never spent a day in jail, for 3rd degree assault...
