I love how blatantly cops have been trained to yell "STOP STOP, STOP RESISTING!" while handcuffing anyone trying to trump up a charge. Cops favorite words are "obstructing" and "resisting"

The disturbing part of the police chief in this story is that he KNEW he was being filmed!! Our 'system' obviously gave him the belief that he was untouchable - and if not for the video, he was right. If this guy were not a cop, he would have been arrested on the spot.

In the 2nd video, they clearly retaliated because they were offended by his protected speech. They didn’t detain him til he cursed, then continued to jerk him around anytime he utilized his 1st amendment. Those cops are crybabies
