✳️ Macros (makes 4 servings):
151 Cals, 15g Carbs, 5g Fat, 13g Protein
*ONLY 604 calories and 54g protein for 4*
✳️ Ingredients for Wet Ingredients:
170g or 3/4 Cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
14g or 1tbsp Light Butter, Melted
1 Medium Egg
✳️ Ingredients for Dry Ingredients:
48g or 1/4 Cups Granular Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
30g or 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
25g or 5tbsp Cocoa Powder
2g or 1tsp Decaf Instant Coffee Powder
1.5g or 0.25tsp Baking Soda
1g or 0.5tsp Salt
✳️ Ingredients for Biscoff:
60mL or 1/4 Cups Almond Milk
1 Scoops Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder - 25% whey/75% casein is ideal (I used @legion - code nickkaz saves 20%)
31g or 4 Biscoff Cookies
8g or 2tsp Granular Sweetener (I used Swerve) - *optional*
✳️ Ingredients for Decoration (*optional*):
1/2 Biscoff Cookie on Each
✳️ Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grab a mixing bowl. Add ingredients for wet ingredients. Mix.
3. Grab another mixing bowl. Add ingredients for dry ingredients. Mix.
4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
5. Grab square baking dish. Spray with cooking spray or add parchment paper.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Let cool in fridge for 15 minutes.
7. Grab mixing bowl or food processor/blender while cooling. Add ingredients for Biscoff. Mix or blend thoroughly.
8. Add mixed/blended Biscoff to brownies. Slice into 4 pieces.
9. Add ingredients for decoration (*optional*). Then enjoy!
