GET-UP PROGRESSION WITH SHOE PART 4 of 5
Показать описание
Welcome to the Get-Up Part 4 of 5
Progress your get-up from bodyweight and adding a shoe to confirm that your skills are on point. This is a safe way to progress into a weighted get-up.
The Get-Up is the perfect example of training primitive movement patterns-from rolling, to kneeling, to hinging, lunging and standing. The Get-Up promotes the shoulders' stability and mobility. It is an amazing exercise to add into your training routine. You will gain more strength, a calm mind and a strong, flexible, resilient body. I love them and do them most days. They are my moving meditation. Have patience with it. Go slow and work on each piece to ensure you fully understand how to execute it.
I break the positions down into a series of videos to help you learn..
Learning each piece without weight is very important, we progress with a shoe then weight.
Remember that strength is a skill that is built over time.

Learn the basics of Hardstyle Kettlebell Training from a Certified StrongFirst Instructor. We always begin by dialing in proper movement patterns and how they lead you to learning exercises such as the Kettlebell Deadlift, Kettlebell Swings, The Get-Up and more.
Have patience when learning these movements. There is a purpose behind them. You will gain knowledge, better movement, strength & stability and confidence in yourself.
You can do it! I believe in you!
Thank you for being here!
