Walking early in the morning really helped me. I was talking long walks from 4:30 am to 6 am every day. And it was cold. I also lifted weights in the afternoon - but very short workout. I got down below 10% and I was in great shape - but alas then came Christmas and that ruined it. I'm back at around 13% now.

I have like 25% body fat, but I like watching your videos anyway since it gives me motivation to go harder and lose weight. I have started fasting, standing while working and working out more so I'm at least headed in a good direction. My knowledge of what and how to eat has greatly improved by watching your videos. Yes! I need this. This is my goal for the new year, get as thin as possible. Currently 215lbs at 5'4, goal weight: 150, 140. Hopefully by June.

I would comment this, after reducing weight with keto and if and going back for a few days to carbs, the first few days I gained a little weight, possibly is just water weight, but it doesn't matter, after a few days the weight stabilizes and now I can eat excess calories and maintain the new stable weight, but it might be because I keep the meal times (mostly, not 100%), that means keto and fasting heals the metabolism, I can now lose weight while eating carbs, I couldn't do that before, these days I am eating carbs because of the festivities, so I can go to a house of a family member (i live alone, so there is no risk for others and is just like 3 or 4 people in total) and they dont have to be concerned with any change in the meals.

Towards the end talking about slow and steady state cardio and its importance... there seems to be quite a connection towards YOGA and forms of movement around that aspect. Not to mention how LEAN people on average are that practice yoga. The slow and steady movements coupled with holding poses has such a tremendous effect on weight management or loss and keeping the body in total check.

Will watch this video later when I have to worry about not being able to break the 10% barrier, which is very far from now LOL I'm trying hard to break 15% currently :/ Sitting at 18%. Coming from 32% though!
