To save your time. As a living example after testing Glutamine over 2 weeks:
- Faster recovery and muscle soreness ( I take 10 grams per day). Able to work intensely two days in a row.
- Feeling less tired during the training

It's especially useful as you get a bit older, when recovery from muscle soreness takes longer.

I think myprotein is underrated due to the fact that you can clearly see that most of their representatives are naturl athletes. Sad to see people turning to fake self proclaimed naturals selling lies.

You just made a new fan from all these information that you are sharing in a very professional manner. I promise you guys, once I get rid of my financial worries I'll get every single supplement I need from you.

Cheers! 💪 stay strong.

Glutamine seems to both chill me out and make me more motivated. I believe it balances a excess of glutamate. It's very interesting!

L-glutamine is supposed to stop ✋️ sugar cravings. I use magnesium for sugar cravings but will definitely try L-glutamine too since it helps recovery after lifting.

Excellent. I'm studying sports nutrition right now in my integrative nutrition course and I'm doing my presentation on L-Glutamine Today. Wish me luck! My conclusion is if you preform med-high intensity exercise over 2hrs you may see a tangible benefit from L-Glutamine supplementation in terms of recovery speed.

I put a couple scoops of BCAA's and a couple scoops of L-Glutamine in my protein shake post workout

As it's just an amino acid, it would probably a bit overkill to supplement this when ur already getting enough protein in ur daily diet and also using whey protein, right? Since whey already has all the amino acids in there.

In one of your articles from the website it says glutamine is used for amino acid spiking so is okay for it to be contained in protein powder or not?

What are your thoughts on supplementing this in my dogs diet? Also he is approx 32-34 kg, so if this could aid in muscle recovery for Jim, how much do you recommend? Thanks
