Alrighty then! I thought I had leaky gut and I had diarrhea that went on for more than a year. I took l-glutamine to help my leaky gut. When the diarrhea stopped I guess I should've stopped taking it but I didn't. It's been a year or more since my lower digestion got better but I didn't stop the l- glut. I now have almost constant indigestion, slight constipation, but the worst is if I eat more than a child's portion of food I vomit, after which I feel fine. I have stopped now and am hoping that corrects that problem. In fact, I'm going to rethink every supplement that I take!

I just came from another doctors Channel who said to take glutamine with food and this doctor says it should be taken without food. My advice is don't take advice from YouTubers who are monetized. The level of conflicting information out there is at an absolute critical Peak.

I was wondering why I was so constipated on day one of taking it. So when I came across your video imagine my surprise, and I also have high blood pressure. I stopped taking it years ago because it would cause anxiety and poor mood. I was taking it in the morning based on the advice of a particular naturopath. I recently decided to have a try at taking it at night because I saw a video of yours that suggested that. No anxiety problems and it actually seems to calm me down. The pain is gone from my small intestine and no more gas and bloating. I have recently corrected mthfr problems and I suspect that's also why it's not causing the same mood problems, as my mood is way better after mthfr correction.

So you upload a "who should not" video on L-Glutamine and you don't say a single word about probably the most important fact, that people living with liver issues should NOT take L-Glutamine, because it can be dangerous for them! Tells much about your expertise...

thanks. I had a terrible experience with l-glutamine. I already have constipation and it made it worse. It made my gut feel absolutely horrible. And everyone says it's so wonderful but it's not for everyone!

What about mixing the L Glutamine in with my Metamucil? Would that stop the risk of constipation if the L Glutamine is being taken with a fiber supplement?
