Always feel less sore after taking 10g a day (5g in the morning and 5g at night before bed). I feel it helps recovery substantially

I started using Glutamine again about 2 months ago along with berberine and yohimbine hcl for gut repair and have had great results! I no longer have heartburn which I have had for many years. I also use pre/probiotics along with digestive enzymes but they were always apart of my regimen.

Good for gut health if nothing else. Also better if you are cutting since you are more likely to be eating less carbs. Can be beneficial if you deal with anemia.

That puts wear and tear on your GI tract by eating six times a day? Unless you're taking digestive enzymes with your meals. I went from 205LBS to 173LBS due to IBSD. You have any suggestions how I can gain the weight back ?

I'm a female and not a body builder but I'm recovering from extreme stress environment I was in and got ibs but it's improved. Ive started to take it for gut healing and pain but im confused now... should I take it on empty stomach or with meals? I have chronic joint and foot pain as well and so it makes it hell just to walk for exercise when allergies are high. I stick to a low carb diet..ive heard some aminos can compete when taking with other protein so this is where I get confused. Thanks!
