All fruits and vegetable have beneficial properties for nutrition and health. To follow a list can be just impractical and expensive because in some areas this products are imported, aka expensive.. Eat (vegetables and fruit) whatever you do have locally and if you can get "organic" better and if it is sustainable, even better and if you can produce them, that has not comparison.
Everyone can grow spinach, carrots, etc even in pots and once you try them you will hardly want to get/buy the ones at the regular stores/markets. Besides, in some countries there is no good regulation of the chemicals applied to the produce, so you buy a lovely tomato but you do not know what chemicals that tomato has.
Also, avoid some food that have being proved to have carcinogenic compounds, like: some vegetable oils, ham, bacon, etc or at least reduce the quantity, same with alcohol, coffee, etc. Stop using plastic containers to store your food in he fridge/freezer or for hot food as well, the most you can. There are special container BPA free or just use glass jars/containers (it takes some time to adjust to it).
Another importan factor is: quantity. What ever you are eating, it is more probable you are eating more than your body needs.
Finally, enjoy your food!
