I came from bodybuilding, I'm trying something new.. My main goal is still to be jacked, but I wanted to do this in a way that is more enjoyable then just press and pull. So, I decided to lean more to crossfit cause I always liked everything in sports.. Balance, endurance, explosive things.. So on.. I made alot of Bodybuilding programmes, but never something crossfit related.. So, would it work if I do for example a full body push.. 2 excercises at the beginning "hypertrophie focused" like 2-3 sets incl chestpress and 2-3 sets single leg legpress.. ( to still work on those muscle groups ) and do a EMOM after for example : Devil press, Lunge Left, Lunge Right . ( 3 rounds ) or would it be to much?

If you are trying to program for 6 days a week Monday-Friday as a gym owner. You cannot throw a rest day in the middle of the week obviously. With that how would you substitute the rest days in the middle of the week?

My guy why is it so hard to find someone just plainly list out a CrossFit split/program under 5 minutes. Not many people want to hear 18minutes of CrossFit bs. Just get to it. “Day 1 should focus primarily on these movements/body parts etc, day 2.. and so on” it really shouldn’t take more than 4 or 5 minutes
