I used to drink a gallon of milk a day a shit load of food and I gained not even a pound in a month but hey I’m adhd it’s hard to keep weight

Have no idea what im burning its a nightmare. cant sleep and the calories are burned right off get up at 1 am if not active enough. Its a slow process got balance wrong. When people give out about me walking and cut even more i get even thinner. Im now 34 kilos with a full belly and with clothes and sock. I thought i was 39. Well shxt lost 4lbs in two weeks the bad fitting dresses and pajamas gave it away. Went out on a snack run to go with training. I tried not traoning.no sleep not even with max dose of sleeping pills.

Weight is genetic for some like me. I eat like a pig and don't gain a single pound, and if by some chance I do. I loose it overnight and back to my original weight no matter what!

I have eaten about 1600cal/day for bumped that up to 3000/day min, closer to 4000 some days.

Iv lost no weigjt on 1600 so logically thinking that must be my maintenance amount.

Now iv bumped up to an extra 10, 500 cal/per week and iv lost 1lb

OK pal first of all, you don’t understand that everyone is different and everyone’s metabolism is different I was consuming 5000 cal every single day for a period of exactly 3 months to test my body to see if I could gain weight and I did not gain anything so I don’t wanna hear your false information you’re trying to spew online😀 and if you still don’t believe me, I’ll give you an exact day of my eating to prove you wrong seee a month later and still no response so proved you wrong👋

Eat junk? Really? I was 180 lbs 4 months ago and had a big giant gut. I cutout the garbage to lose some weight. Now I'm 150 lbs eating clean and lost the stomach. Now, I want to bulk up and gain muscle so I'm not a tooth pick and your advice is to eat junk. That doesn't seem like great advice.
