This advice is super tied to many jobs, specially those who spent many hours seat down. Also, I found that "waisting" 60 min of gym/cardio exercise is super energetic and it help a lot to be more creative.

I absolutely agree with your message. Having crossed the age of 50 myself, I've come to realize just how crucial good health is. We should never trade our invaluable life for a mere amount of money. Those who come to understand this at a younger age are truly fortunate.😊

Is UX still a viable field to get into? I started a 9 month UX bootcamp after graduating and getting a BA in Psych. After I signed up I have seen a lot of negativity towards the field and fear mongering. Basically people saying UX is really difficult to get into at the moment, and to not do it. I am really interested in the field, and I enjoy the work. I feel as though I have the tools necessary to succeed and would be a competent designer.
