It’s a joy to watch your form and ease, Seth. You guys are adorable. QD I don’t have a BD running tradition, so I need to come up with one now that I’ve been running for about 10 yrs...🤔 it won’t be my yrs in miles! Brigid, hope your little injury cleared up and that you saw my comment yesterday. Martha

I’m 41 and just hitting 80 and 90 mile weeks. I feel great. Best shape of my life. This channel is great for motivating me. Especially that video where Seth talks about threshold runs.

Congrats Seth - you're just coming into the peak of your life. You'd really enjoy this article: "To Run My Best Marathon at Age 44, I Had to Outrun My Past" by Nicholas Thompson. Some birthday week reading ;-)

Seth, you are not old, I just ran a 6:10 mile in the NYRR virtual 1 mile race and I am 66. That's old. If you were actually training for the 5th ave mile I bet you could drop at least 15 secs off that time
