i don’t think people who’ve never ran before know how insane this is

Running sub-5 when you're 15 and a twig is one thing. But completely insane when you're older and 194lbs of pure muscle. Props dude!

I started running to better my health, i am 6 ft and weighed 250 lbs, and i have high blood pressure, i wasnt even able to run a straight mile without stopping, i was finally able to run a mile in 14 minutes, after my 2nd month of training i dropped down to 7:46 a mile, may not seem like much to some of you all but im very proud of that accomplishment. I am down to 220 lbs now! Good video here guys!

My PR is like 6:18 and I was top speed sprinting and was dying after. You’re a monster!!! People don’t understand how freaking hard this is.

It's crazy how many people on here can run 4 minute miles

I think this is 3:02 / km - insane. Now imagine Kipchoge had to run 2:51 / km for 2 hours straight to do a 2 hour marathon run. I guess that's what you get when your name sounds like 'keep jogging'.

Wow!!! Awesome job!
I was 270LBS last year in may. Lost 85lbs in the 1.5 years through diet alone and just started exercising. I found a love for running that started August 13, 2021. I’ve been consistent with my running and even ran 3miles non stop in 39:39! I run 2 miles 5-6 a week now. My first mile run time was 15-16 min. My current PR is 11:46! 😭 I can’t wait to see where I’m at 6 months from now and my goal is to get under 10min.

And to think that the man who broke 2 hours on the marathon (Eliud Kipchoge) had to run faster than this pace...for 26.2 miles. So insane to me. Very impressive time.

What’s amazing is the fact that we all runners share one thing in common and that is maximum effort that we put in our runs. I love the way you ran mate. I have to try something like this.

When you realise kipchoge ran at a faster pace for 25.25 miles more

The fact that your pacer can coach, joke, and, laugh blows my mind. Today I retire from fitness.
