Wow this is so effective! I've been suffering from severe headache and migraine for how many days already, drank medicine for that and still the headache keeps coming back. Now I tried searching for a meditation for headache relief, and I saw this. It's very helpful.Thank you so much!

I am astounded by how well this worked. I was considdering to take medication for an upcoming migraine attack, but thought lets google some meditation to try first.

The relieve is amazing, it's not gone but it is much more tolerable, I can do without the medication and save those for another time. I will do this exercise a second time for good measure 😊 Thank you for this!
I will make this a usual practice. 🧘‍♀️
