Thanks for the short, as well as, for the long version. I am going to implement this kind of diet into my life and also into my father's life who has been warned about issues with his insulin resistance. My father is obese, whereas I am also overweight and we both want to lose significant weight. Very many thanks again. This will put us both on the right path.

I’ve been reading about all the great benefits of early restriction fasting. However starting my meals around 12pm for so many years made my body just not hungry that early. Could you please make a video about how to transition from mid day to earlier eating?
