the goal is intermittent fasting is to have your body burn fat as energy instead of using food as energy hence the fasting window. helps insulin resistance which is huge. of course they dont share this on the news.

The human body can go days with out food read the Bible. But most people eat way more then needed. But a lot of people eat fast food and the #1 thing is soda pop adds so much too human diets.
