If only it took 60 seconds to convince a dealership to replace your lemon car 😂😂😂.

Actually most shady dealerships would rather take the issue to court, where the burden of proof would be on the plantiff.

Well, a very watered-down explanation.. If it were that easy… still enjoy the videos.

That only works in states that adhere to lemon law. I learned that the hard way in Utah. I bought a car for 8k cash and it broke down in two weeks.

This was a very broad generalization. The laws differ from State to State. In NJ, the Lemon Law is very specific to the same issue/repair within a specific time frame (I believe it's 180 days). Also, in NJ, you cannot return a vehicle due to buyer's remorse unless you used your primary home as collateral (which NEVER happens

This is very false. Also, the lemon law is very specific about THE SAME THING has to keep going wrong. It can't be different things.

For people who keep saying, "this is for new cars so it's false info, " you need to think. 90% of the time, people buy new cars for themselves or their kids. Even if you go to a dealer looking for a used car, the dealership takes you to brand new cars and unless the car says, "Sold As-Is, " then this rule still applies. Hence, it's not false info. If the state has a Lemon Law, it's on a brand new car, it wasn't sold "As-Is, " and you have proof that you have been to a reputable mechanic again and again, then the Lemon Law will apply. Can't believe people will tell a lawyer how to do their job, the nerve.

Uh this absolutely false, you will not get a new car going to a car lot and threatening a law suit, it absolutely does not work like that 😊😅

Idk what state your in but in Florida there is so many requirements to qualify for the lemon law one being the car has to be practically brand new. My parents used the lemon law back in the early 2000s but it was very difficult and took a lot of fighting and persistence possibly a lawyer like yourself

What if it was a buy "AS IS" car

Yeah. The lemon law we dealt with was better deal to just trade it in as the way it is in Georgia we had to pay for all the miles we had driven and then also lost out on other things that are hidden. We would have paid a bunch to use the lemon law

Varies from state to state. In California it’s 2 repair attempts for a defect that might cause death or serious injury OR 4 repair attempts of the same issue OR 30 calendar days out of service. Meaning your car is at the shop for 31 days or more for something. This all has to happen within the first 18, 000 miles or within 18 months. Whichever comes first.

Is this for new or used cars? Or both? Guess I should check out the website.... tomorrow

It's has to be fixed for the same issue I think three times. And doesn't it only work in new cars.

This is only for brand new cars or cars sold at certain age in certain states. So this is pretty much false information.

I think you'd have to learn on them a lot harder.

How long do you have to return or replace? I assume the first two years?
