In this step-by-step tutorial, learn how to create a simple data entry form in Microsoft Excel. With this Excel form, you can easily enter data into your spreadsheet. Along with entering data, you can also enter criteria to search for data in your workbook. Especially if you have many columns and rows of data, this makes Excel data entry much easier. At the end in this tutorial, I show you how to create a very simple macro that connects to a button. You can then click on the button to launch your Excel form.

Dear Kevin, I constructed the MS Form questionnaire and it was fabulous. Now I can incorporate it into Excel. Your instructional videos are fantastic, so thank you.

Thanks of this awesome tutorial 🙏, I was able to create a questionaire for my company without stress, linking it to excel and having not to stress myself going to check who responded or who did not on the form.

Thanks once again Kevin

Kevin! You have no idea how much this would've helped with a project I had a month ago ... there were soooo many columns (and rows)! Now I'm counting down until the next one haha. Thank you!

Wow, Kevin! How did you know I needed this? I was just trying to figure out how to create a form that would allow me to collect data without having to go through forms for some people who I can't access through my business account ...

Kevin thanks so much for your videos and the help you provide. You are a great teacher. Is there a way to modify which header columns show on the form? For example, I want only some of all the header columns available to the form for data entry, not all of them.

Thanks for the video, in the past weeks I started feeling that you may have decide to reduce the uploading of new videos on YouTube. But hey, thanks. Well, this video is also too amazing. I was knowing that how to use Macros but not knowing to edit it from VBA. Again, thanks. :-)
