You made it easy to learn... except the repetitive ads were extremely distracting, even triggering anxiety, since there were so many and they made it hard to pay attention. Please consider limiting the amount of interruptions. The ads can be between tasks. I find your training valuable and would like to follow if I can remain relaxed to take my assessment afterwards. allow me to applaud you for the sincerity of the training. I'm an intermediate user so by the end of the video I knew the information already. but it never hurt to revise and refresh your memory every now and then. however the way of explaining, your tone of voice, and the way you are making the video interesting to me. the sense of humor and the way you are replying back to the comments are very professional. this is amazing customer service skills I would say. even if people are being tough or rude.
even if I watched the whole video for information I already knew. I didn't consider the time i spent watching this video is wasted.
