The form existed in the older Excel versions (Tools menu, I think). I remember using this for data input many years ago. I had no idea it still existed. Microsoft tends to hide the goodies! Already added to my QAT. Thanks for sharing.

Hey Leila, Great Video as always. Just a small tip i found to make it more useful, if you want to increase the width of the entry form, just increase the width of ANY column of your underlying excel column. The form takes the width of largest column. Thanks.

This is once again great! Thanks for this tutorial Leila. May I ask one question regarding using data validation: what doesn't seem to work is using the drop down list function in data validation, meaning in the entry form choose the right value or text from a list.
