Ive taken in the past turkesteron from gorilla mind 2 caps (1g) i am advanced i guess, i write everything down, nutrition and training, i got absolute zero benefit, not stronger and not bigger. Do you think the dose was just too low?

I'm intrigued about the creGAAtine, I am 11 years post kidney transplant and my nephrologist said I am able to begin creatine use. My question... are there any studies about creGAAtine and strain or effect on a transplanted kidney?

For muscle growth, I'm currently using :

-5g of creatine monohydrate
-1, 5g of TMG
-500mg of Taurine

I tend to be anxious so the calming effect that I get from Taurine and TMG is as usefull as the effect on muscles.

Thank you for this list :)
Any thoughts about Gamma Oryzanol? Not very known supplement, but I started testing this product recently for its supposed benefits on the health of the neurological system, and while I had not done any sport during this period, I noticed that I was particularly shredded even though I was not taking other supplements alongside, so I was wondering if this effect could be from Gamma Oryzanol, if someone tried this product? :)

I've heard boron will boost ecdysteroids' muscle building effects. Thoughts, Lucas? Also, only mega dose it on training days?

Hi Lucas. I notice you didn’t include dileucine peptides on your list and I haven’t heard you speak much about them lately. Was it overhyped and not meeting up to its claims? Your input on this would be appreciated. Thanks!
