The NVIDIA Control Panel allows users to configure various settings related to their NVIDIA graphics card, but directly increasing FPS (frames per second) isn't a specific option. However, you can optimize settings to potentially improve gaming performance. Here are some general tips:

1. Adjust 3D settings:
Open NVIDIA Control Panel.
Navigate to "Manage 3D settings" on the left side.
Under the "Global Settings" tab, you can set the "Preferred graphics processor" to your NVIDIA GPU.
Under the "Program Settings" tab, you can select a specific game and customize settings. You may want to set "Power management mode" to "Prefer maximum performance."
2. Update Graphics Drivers:
Make sure you have the latest graphics drivers installed. You can download them from the NVIDIA website.
3. Adjust Power Settings:
In the NVIDIA Control Panel, go to "Manage 3D settings."
Set "Power management mode" to "Prefer maximum performance."
4. Adjust Windows Power Settings:
Make sure your computer is set to High Performance in the Power Options in the Windows Control Panel.
5. Adjust In-Game Settings:
Lower the in-game settings (such as resolution, texture quality, shadows, etc.) to improve performance.
6. Enable NVIDIA G-SYNC:
If you have a G-SYNC compatible monitor, enabling G-SYNC can help improve the smoothness of gameplay.
7. Optimize NVIDIA Control Panel Settings for Performance:
Under "Adjust image settings with preview," select "Use my preference emphasizing" and set it to "Performance."
8. Monitor Refresh Rate:
Ensure that your monitor is set to its maximum refresh rate in the Windows display settings.
9. Overclocking:
If you're comfortable with it, you might consider overclocking your GPU. However, be cautious and make sure your system is stable.
10. Check for Background Processes:
Close unnecessary background processes that may be consuming system resources.
11. Temperature Management:
Ensure that your GPU is not overheating, as high temperatures can cause performance throttling. Clean your GPU from dust and consider improving your PC's cooling.
Remember, the impact of these changes can vary depending on your specific hardware and the game/application you're using. It's also important to find a balance between performance and visual quality that suits your preferences. Always be cautious when overclocking to avoid hardware damage.

I believe the low latency mode only affects DX11 titles and reduces latency when you're gpu bound

The low latency off is better because if it's on ultra I get 8000 in off I get 130
