Simple Stretch Routine For Seniors To Do Each Morning (5-Minutes) | More Life Health

Join me (Mike - Physiotherapist) for this stretching routine for seniors that you can do when you wake each morning. Start your day off right by relieving any pain or tension you may have, increasing your blood flow, and preparing your body for the day ahead.

If you want to cover more areas of your body each day, combine this video with the following:

You can go through this routine two or three times for an even better stretch.

Mike I just love your videos! I find myself hearing your voice during the day " maintain that up right posture" and I suck it in and stand up straight.. I find myself doing leg lifts when I'm waiting for the water to boil. I've even caught myself in the grocery store doing toe lifts.I wish I had found you sooner- you are a life saver! Never felt better-

Another brilliant video. Thank you Mike for your patience and understanding (and reminding me not to slouch-😅always makes me giggle . I know you're watching from afar. 😂). Long way to go before I can put my ankle on my thigh but an excellent challenge and something I can measure. May your days be filled with love and laughter and the joy you give to others. At the time I first found you, Mike, I wasn't commenting. Just to let you know that I do these morning stretches every day. I no longer need to do them while watching you: I've memorized the entire routine to include the timing! However, every so often I do use this video. I also do your 4 Everyday Stretches daily which I've also memorized. You basically start of my days! Thanks...Anastasia
