For those who own 1 pair of dumbbells. Add more reps during the work out while midas is in rest (very important to level the lack), add 5 seconds + of more time each set 1+0 set 2+5seconds set 3+10 seconds set 4+15-30. Rest if too fatigued, work each set consistently till failure. I guarantee you will make progressive overload .

November 16th, 2023. I’m a 14 year old girl. My body type is an endomorph and I’m trying to lose weight so I can look at myself without disgust. I struggle with depression so I don’t know if I’ll be consistent but I’ll try. The only weights I got is 12 pounds. I can’t do the Single Front Raise, the Arnold Press, the Tate Press, or the Flat Bench Fly x Tricep Superset with the 12 pound weights I got because I’m not really used to working out very much. I’m still trying to figure out a diet with my body type.

Update: November 27th, 2023, I only struggled to do the Arnold press and the Tate Press (my arms were very tired during the Tate press). I still can’t do the flat bench fly part of the Superset.

Update, December 6th, 2023, still can’t do the first part of the superset. Did everything else tho ✌🏽

December 19th, I’m behind schedule but I did everything in this vid ✌🏽

Day 1 Push Day (3 chest, 3 tricep, 2 shoulder)
i) Floor Press 3 set for chest
ii) Overhead tricep press 3 set for tricep
iii) Single front raise 3 set per arm for shoulder
iv) Close Grip press 4 set for chest
v) Arnold press 4 set for shoulder
vi) Tate press 4 set for tricep
vii) Floor Fly for chest X Tricep kick Back 4 set

i have started this at the gym today! i am skinny fat and i have zero muscles so i had to switch from 2 kg to 1 kg and i could only do the first 32 minutes but i will not give up! thank you so much for these videos

Just did this workout, feels good.
A minor feedback: it would be nice to have an audio cue during the super set to switch exercise, helpful when you are lying down on the bench not looking at the screen.
