I have a sprained hand so I did this without weights and modified to standing exercises! Still a great workout that was easily adaptable to my abilities and my shoulders are WARM. :) Thank you!

Great workout! I have been following since January of 23, and have made a lot of progress. I started with just body weight exercises, and now use dumbbells, and keep increasing the weights. Still have a long way to go, but progress is rewarding. Thanks for the videos!

Wow I loved it xD In the end I couldn't do the last shoulder exercise no matter how hard I tried my muscles failed but I recommend this very good routine.
