If a man ghosts you, he is doing you a favor by removing himself because now you know he doesn’t value the relationship enough or respect you enough to communicate an issue. He would rather just not have you in his life than put in the effort to figure out and work out the issue. Like Kandi Burruss from RHOA once said, “If we have an issue and I don’t know (meaning you haven’t communicated it to me), then we don’t have an issue, you have an issue.” So we should stay at peace with ourselves knowing the right people will value and respect us enough to resolve issues. I think sometimes some people can tend to take it as them not being good enough if the person they want in their life does not value them. But gotta remember that you are good enough, and probably too good for the person ghosting you. They don’t deserve the time, energy, or effort, and your value doesn’t decrease based on someone’s inability to see your worth. Be encouraged and be blessed.

I just got ghosted and it was so out of the blue. Everything was going great, dating almost 2 months. He had been liking me for years and finally shot his shot when we were at the same event. I made a comment already but also want to encourage others and say, something that helped me not internalize someone ghosting me is reminding myself who I am, my values, and my heart not how they see me. I believe people also ghost in an effort to try to get you to lower your standards so they don’t have to make the effort to rise up and meet you at your level. But when you remind yourself of who you are and what you offer, you’ll realize that you deserve more. Don’t lower your standards or expectations to meet others on their level. Stand strong and dont deal with those who don’t rise to meet you on your level. Just think, them ghosting you is them expressing that they don’t feel you are worth their time, so why would they deserve yours? If you give them your energy, you’re acknowledging that you agree that they are above you or deserve more than you. I would rather be by myself than to settle for less than I deserve. Know who you are. You are beautiful, valuable, worthy, and loved. Be blessed.
